Thank you for your trust and support throughout your journey with HEYBIT GLOBAL.

After careful consideration of recent changes in the global business and regulatory environment, we have concluded that continuing our services is no longer feasible.

To protect customer assets and rights with full transparency and responsibility, we have made the difficult decision to terminate all HEYBIT GLOBAL services.

We sincerely thank you for using HEYBIT GLOBAL. Your entrusted assets are being safely held following the service termination, and withdrawal support is currently being provided as normal for submitted withdrawal requests only.

There is currently no storage fee for unclaimed funds. However, if withdrawal is delayed for an extended period, the storage fee policy may be updated, and a storage fee may be incurred.

Accordingly, we strongly recommend that you submit your withdrawal request at your earliest convenience.

📌 How to Submit a Withdrawal Request

• Application Procedure

  Please submit an email to [email protected] with the following documents and information attached:

  • A valid government-issued ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license, or national ID card), with certain identification numbers partially masked where permitted.
  • Mobile phone number
  • Name of the exchange you wish to withdraw to, and the deposit wallet address for each asset
  • Requested Amount: The full balance of assets currently in custody

• Processing Time

  • Up to 14 business days from the date of submission
  • Assets will be transferred after deducting applicable network fees
